What the assistant uses

Google services, with authorization.

The app uses granted Google permissions for configured workflows and requested tasks. Permissions can allow broader access than any one task needs.

Gmail

Read messages for email summaries and attachment extraction, including extracting text from image attachments. Configured workflows apply Reported labels to record what has been included in reports. The app can also send or reply to email when authorized.

Calendar

Read calendar information and create, update or remove events for authorized planning tasks.

Drive, Docs & Sheets

Find and read files, extract relevant information, and create or update documents and spreadsheets when requested and authorized.

Contacts

Use read-only Contacts access to look up contact details when requested. This permission does not allow the app to edit Google contacts.

Where information goes matters.

The assistant runs on operator-controlled hosts. Selected content may also pass to hosted AI providers and authorized messaging services. This is not an all-local processing promise.
